ALA asks libraries to share how they are continuing to serve their communities amidst the COVID-19 pandemic
    Mar. 19, 2020

The American Library Association is encouraging libraries to share how after closing they've continued to serve their communities virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some examples of virtual services might include virtual story-time, parking-lot Wifi, etc.

Please use this form to share your library’s story  along with any photos, or on social media using the hashtag #LibrariesStrong. Your responses may be used on ALA sites and social media channels.

Why #LibrariesStrong? We believe this hashtag shows how libraries unite to serve their communities in the face of adversity. While we are aware that this was used with ALA immediate past-president Loida Garcia-Febo’s presidential year, we think it still applies and the communications team has revamped it for this crisis.
