Institutional Membership in the Nebraska Library Association
The Nebraska Library Association (NLA) is the statewide professional association which represents the interests of Nebraska’s libraries as well as their staffs, trustees, and Friends. NLA is the cornerstone of the Nebraska library community. We advocate for our members, enrich their professional lives, advance the lifelong learning of all Nebraskans, and promote all library interests in Nebraska.
Any library, foundation, organization, or other institution interested in supporting the activities of this Association may become an Institutional member. The NLA Institutional Membership is designed for supporting entities and non-profits who want to support the mission and goals that we have set before us. Your membership support will help enable the Nebraska Library Association to continue advocating and promoting libraries across the state.
Institutional members are NOT voting entities and Institutional membership does not replace a Personal membership.
There are three levels of Institutional Membership available. These are:
Silver – $100
- One (1) free individual NLA membership for library trustee
- 10% discount on exhibit space at the NLA conference (subject to reservation deadline)
- 10% discount on ads in printed NLA conference program
- Corporate name will be published as supporter of the Nebraska Library Association
- Advance notice of upcoming NLA events.
Gold – $250
- Three (3) free individual NLA memberships for library trustees
- All Silver level benefits, as well as:
- One free quarter page ad in annual NLA/NEMA conference program
Platinum – - $500
- Five (5) free individual NLA memberships for library trustees
- Includes all Gold level benefits, as well as the following:
- One free electronic mailing to all members.
- one additional quarter page ad in annual NLA/NEMA conference program (or combine for one free half-page ad)
- 50% discount of a single commercial booth space at annual NLA/NEMA conference (subject to reservation deadline)
NLA’s membership year is from January 1 – December 31. You may join NLA at any time but there is no proration of dues.
