Join us the evening of Wednesday, October 13 at the Grand Island Public
Library to hear international researcher, composer and concert pianist Dr.
Karine Gil speak about her studies of migratory birds and perform her
original compositions. Dr. Gil is currently serving as Crane Population
Ecologist for The Crane Trust in Wood River, Nebraska.
Hors d’oevres will be served beginning at 5:30; program to start at 6:00.

Join your fellow gamers for an evening of fun and play. Bring your favorite board, video or card games to share or try out a new one. See if you are a guitar hero, a champion Wii bowler, or rank as a dancing revolutionary. From Rock Band to Apples to Apples, there will be all kinds of games available to play. This evening will be filled with fun, networking, and of course, learning and laughing.
