Membership in NE/NMRT is open to anyone who:
1. Is a member of the Nebraska Library Association (NLA)
2. Has been a member of NLA 10 years or less
OR Received an MLS or other library degree in the last 10 years or less
OR Has been in Nebraska as a professional 10 years or less
