Looking for ways to meet people and develop as a library professional? Become an officer of the New Members Round Table of the Nebraska Library Association! NMRT is a great way to get to know people in Nebraska libraries and participate in the Nebraska Library Association. We are seeking the following candidates for 2012-2013:
- Vice Chair (3 year term- Vice Chair, Chair, Past Chair)- Primary duties include actively participating in NMRT meetings and assisting the Chair. The Vice Chair will become the Chair the following year.
- Secretary/Treasurer (1 year term)- Primary duties include keeping minutes of the business meetings and submitting financial transactions to the NLA Treasurer.
Please let us know if you or someone you know is interested in running for office. Deadline for nominations is April 27, 2012.
