This weeks episode of “This Week in Law” (episode #21) has a lot of interesting (and understandable) discussion of copyright and creative commons when it comes to things such as individual tweets, embedding flickr photos in your blog, and YouTube videos. It is a bit long at 1.75 hours but it is worth the listen.
